Andy is a collaborative, visionary leader with career-long history of predicting and responding to organizations' strategic, financial and human resource needs. He has extensive experience in the management of large operations with multi-year budgets of up to $300 million. One area in which he specializes is leading teams to seek and develop solutions to critical operations requirements. He excels in fast-paced, highly demanding environments-including leading edge research and development. Moreover, he is skilled in creating and implementing business process frameworks and improvements.
He also grew up in a family-owned small business, and he knows there is nothing small about small business. His dad, Andy Sr., was an exceptional business man and so well loved by his community, and Andy's mom, Janice was (and still is!!) the steady hand that kept things moving along. Both had a profound influence on his commitment to "serve and support" in all efforts he engaged with as an adult. Andy always had a role to play there from an early age and while on school breaks, he worked in the family business.
Upon graduation from college, Andy entered the United States Air Force and served our country proudly for 27 years!

As a child, Jessica would line up stuffed animals and dolls to play "teacher," and she would spend hours creating lessons and preparing to teach her "students." As she shifted from the toy room to the classroom, Jessica continued to love everything school related. That desire to learn and impart information led her to obtaining a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and becoming a high school English teacher.
Passionate about curriculum design, Jessica found nothing more satisfying than creating a successful lesson plan that allowed all learners to master the required skills. Now, she loves collaborating with entrepreneurs that are experts in their field and transforming their knowledge into value-packed, exciting content.
