Dr. Drew Fockler

Dr. Drew is a Master Trainer (Level III) with Personality Dimensions where he can Train-the-Trainer's Trainer, a Certified Life Coach, and received numerous awards for his contributions towards the LGBT community and Toastmasters Leadership for British Columbia in 2017.

Holly Norris

Holly Norris is an educator, writer, sommelier, and Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist. Currently living and working in the Interior/Squamish-Lillooet region. Holly attended York University in Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Arts Specialist Honours degree in English, and in 2009 she completed her Master of Teaching at Griffith University in Australia. After completing her Masters, Holly worked as a career counsellor, where she was able to utilize her transferable skills to support her clients in achieving their educational and vocational goals. Holly spent 6 years teaching and learning in a K-12 school in the Northwest Territories, where she was able to deeply embed land, culture, and language into her pedagogy. During this time she developed her skills as a Literacy Specialist Teacher. Holly redesigned and created new curricula, with a focus on inclusion and differentiated instruction to meet the specific and diverse needs of learners. She also obtained additional qualifications through Queen's University, in the following courses: Special Education, English as a Second Language, Reading, Social Emotional Learning, and First Nations, Metis, and Inuit Peoples. Before returning to education as a secondary school teacher, Holly spent many years in the food and beverage service industry working within the areas of sales, customer relations, marketing, copywriting, and trained as a sommelier. She also has experience in the financial sector working for one of Canada's top financial institutions in Toronto. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive education and vocational support - focusing on neurodivergence, skills-based competency development, Indigenous ways of knowing & learning, LGBTQ2S+, and trauma-informed practices.
