Chris joined the firm in 2017 having practiced Criminal Law in Liverpool for 12 years. He is a Crown Court Advocate and Duty Solicitor with a wealth of experience across the whole spectrum of Criminal Defence work.
Claire joined RMNJ in 2018, holds a wealth of conveyancing experience and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2005.
Clare joined RMNJ in 2021 and has a wealth of property experience having previously worked in Estate Agency.

Daniel has worked for RMNJ as a paralegal previously and returned in 2015 after being Called to the Bar. Daniel qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and is a member of the Mental Health Tribunal Accreditation Scheme with experience of representing clients at Tribunals, Hospital Managers hearings and in CPA meetings. Daniel represents clients at all levels of security with a special interest in forensic patients. Daniel also has experience in Litigation issues arising from mental health and human rights matters and assists with Court of Protection matters.
Dayna joined RMNJ in 2011, is an Associate Legal Executive and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2016.
Emma co-ordinates Tribunals and other hearings and ensures the smooth day to day running of the department.

Holly is an LLB law graduate who joined the mental health department in September 2022 following the completion of her law degree from the University of Chester. Holly has chosen to specialise in mental health law and is currently studying for her LPC and Masters. As a paralegal, Holly takes initial instructions from clients who are subject to the Mental Health Act and assists with all elements of case preparation up to the point of the hearing. She is preparing to seek accreditation to the Law Society's Mental Health Panel with the goal of being able to represent clients at Tribunals.
Jonathan moved to the Family Department in 2016 having joined RMNJ in the Prison Law Department. He primarily focuses on representing clients involved with Social Services, assisting parents with all matters from Pre-Proceedings Meetings through to Care Proceedings and Adoption applications.
He has experience in all aspects of care matters, including an application to the Court of Appeal in respect of a contested adoption matter where his client had made a considerable transformation in her life. Jonathan also undertakes private law work and represents parents in respect of contact applications.
Katerina joined RMNJ in 2013, holds a degree in Legal Studies and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2011.
Laura qualified in 2012 and became a member of the Law Society Children Panel in 2014. Laura has worked in family law since 2010 and deals with all areas of family law. Laura regularly conducts divorce matters and the financial proceedings arising from them. As a member of the Children Panel Laura has recognised expertise in all aspects of children law and has represented parents, family members and children in both public and private law proceedings.
Laura also regularly represents victims of domestic abuse, supporting them to obtain protective injunctions against their abusers. Laura regularly undertakes court work and is comfortable representing clients at all types of hearings, including contested final hearings. Laura cares about her clients and achieving an outcome that works for them.

Matthew joined RMNJ in 2021 and has been working in residential conveyancing since 2015.
Mel is a paralegal and has worked alongside Laura assisting her for several years. Clients love her helpful and sympathetic approach. Mel assists Laura with all of her cases and will be happy to deal with any queries you may have.

Nicolé joined RMNJ in 2020, holds a Masters qualification in Law and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2015.

Ian has 12 years experience in injury litigation and is an experienced Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 2005.
Sally is a Solicitor working in the Prison Law Department. She started her career dealing with Criminal matters and has progressed to dealing with Prison Law matters on a full-time basis.
She deals with a wide range of Prison Law cases and regularly assists clients with applications for release and general Prison Law matters.
Sarah joined RMNJ in 2018, holds a Masters qualification in Law and has been specialising in residential 2016.

Sinead joined RMNJ in 2001 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Criminal Law department in 2003. She is a qualified Police Station Representative allowing her to represent clients who have been arrested and detained in the Police Station. Sinead deals exclusively with Magistrates Court and Youth Court cases representing clients facing a wide variety of offences from minor road traffic matters to serious assault and burglary offences.
Stephen joined RMNJ in 2006 and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2002. Stephen is an Associate Legal Executive and is part of the departmental management team.
Sue joined RMNJ in 2013, holds a wealth of conveyancing experience having worked in the industry for over 40 years and is the manager of our Remortgage Team.
Vicki is a Legal Assistant working within the Prison Law Department. She assists the team with the smooth day to day running of the Department.
As well as this she provides integral administrative support to the team.
Victoria joined RMNJ in 2016, is a Graduate Legal Executive and has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2008.
Yasmin joined RMNJ in 2020 and has been working in residential conveyancing since then.
