Ben joined the company in April 2021 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University. He started at Gateley RJA as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to an Associate in January 2023.
Ben now heads up the Residential team at the Leicester office. He is responsible for overseeing the Senior Employer's Agents and Quantity Surveyors, as well as managing the delivery of our service.
Chris joined RJA as an Associate in March 2021 and was promoted to Director of Commercial in 2023. He has over 18 years of experience as a quantity surveyor working within private practices. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and graduated from Nottingham Trent with a First-Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management.
Chris manages Gateley RJA's Nottingham office and has been instrumental in establishing and developing a regularly expanding range of Clients in the region. Chris has extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors and is passionate about our quality of service. Gary joined Gateley RJA in November 2021. He started life at Gateley RJA as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to an Associate in January 2023.

Hardeep joined the company in 2014 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012 with a BSc in Quantity Surveying. He started Gateley RJA as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to Associate in June 2020 before being promoted to Director of Residential in 2023.
Hardeep now heads up the Residential and Party Wall Surveying teams at Gateley RJA. He is responsible for overseeing the Senior Employer's Agents and Quantity Surveyors, as well as managing the delivery of our service in accordance with our Quality Management System.

Jason joined the company as a Clerk of Works in September 2020 with over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, thirteen of those as a Site Manager. Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of sectors across the construction industry.
Jason is a Licentiate Member of the ICWCI and was promoted to Associate Clerk of Works in May 2022. In this senior management role, Jason is responsible for the delivery and overall performance of our construction inspection services. He currently manages a team of ten clerk of works who are based throughout the UK.

Liza joined RJA in 2006 and was appointed Director in 2012. Her early career was spent in the travel industry gaining valuable experience in a variety of management roles before joining Gateley RJA.
As Director of Corporate Services, Liza is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency across all corporate services within the business through managing and overseeing the Business Support team. The team includes administration, compliance, accounting and HR functions within the business and they work closely with all departments to ensure Gateley RJA offer the best possible service to clients.
Liza also works closely with Nottingham Trent University to ensure all apprentices are offered both technical and pastoral support throughout their apprenticeship degree course.

Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over thirty years' experience in the construction industry, twenty of those at Director level.
He established Gateley RJA in 2004 and, as Managing Director, is responsible for setting the company values, objectives and strategic growth targets.
Richard has a wealth of experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Party Wall Surveying. He regularly undertakes specialist insurance related work and Expert Witness commissions.
With a strong background in the residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors Richard and his colleagues are constantly seeking new markets and sectors in which they can demonstrate their experience and skills.

Steven joined Gateley RJA in 2017 as Associate Director and was promoted to Director in 2019. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who spent the first ten years of his career with large multinational firms delivering projects and programmes across multiple sectors. Steve oversees the residential team within Gateley RJA and manages our ISO9001 Quality Management System and Delivery Systems.
As Director of Strategic Growth, Steve is responsible for the delivery of our large programmes and the overall innovation of our services to drive new business and build on our strong existing relations with clients. He is passionate about developing the team and the industry, acting a Counsellor for RICS APC candidates and acting as external examiner for Loughborough University.
