BOP was founded in 2016 by Wim Boers together with Jeroen Mensen and Jurrian Lucas. To date we have invested in over 15 portfolio companies and realized a number of successful exits... BOP Impact Ventures is a multidisciplinary (management buyout & venture) fund focused on investing in companies with a strong focus on innovation and impact; supporting the transition of society towards a more sustainable and socially responsible environment by challenging the status quo... As the lead investor, we have a hands-on approach to build long-term value alongside the management team. We support our portfolio companies with a wide range of disciplines such as structuring, legal, corporate finance, business planning, budgeting, strategy, execution of growth initiatives, M&A and allow full access of our network of (sector) specialists.
