My name is Don Whisenant. I am excited to be teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade at Bridgeport Middle School.
I am the Junior Beta Club Sponsor for 6-8 and the 8th-grade class sponsor.
I was a teacher at Stevenson Middle School from August 2015 until June 2020 before coming to BMS.
Hi, My name is Kevin Hancock. I enjoy spending time with my family, outdoor activities, and sports. Roll Tide!!!!
I started teaching in Alabama in 1977. I am now retired but teach parttime at Bridgeport Middle. Truthfully, I am just a science nerd. I like reading but most of the time I just read science or science fiction.
I have two children and four grandchildren. My husband and I have lots of critters on our farm and enjoy gardening in the summer.

I live in Skyline and I am the youngest of four children. I have one son, his name is Preston, and he is the keeper of my heart!!
I graduated from Skyline High School in 1999. After graduation, I attended Northeast Alabama Community College for two years and transferred to Athens State University. I earned my Bachelors in Elementary Education from Athens State in 2004. I began teaching at Bridgeport Middle School in August of 2005 and immediately started to work on my Masters in Library Media Science at the University of West Alabama. I graduated with my M.S. in Library Media Science in 2007.
