Debra is a first point of contact for our clients, she is responsible office management and liaises with our financial advisors to ensure that our clients needs are met and maintained in an efficient manner.
Elayne started in Phoenix in and admin role and has since achieved her QFA status in financial services in 2011. She has worked with Phoenix for more than 10 years and has experience in various financial rolls.
Jennie is a first point of contact for both brokers and clients. She liaises with both brokers and financial advisors to ensure the efficient processing and packaging of our mortgages.
Natasha is one of our longest serving staff members. She has worked with Phoenix since 1999 and has extensive experience in all aspects of financial services that include mortgages, insurance, income protection, and business protection.
Paul specialises in giving his clients one-to-one financial advice and has more than 25 years' experience in the business. He strongly believes that regular one-to-one client contact is vital to understanding the individual client's needs.
