He is the COO and co-founder of Solace Private Equity LLC, specializing in leveraged buyouts and tax mitigation, and previously co-founded Oakwood Capital LLC, facilitating commercial real estate financing. Gary also founded Wapinski Real Estate Inc., overseeing over $400 million in transactions.
His career includes co-founding a community bank in Chicago, where he managed loan workouts and regulatory oversight. A Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, Gary holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.
