Adam has a wide range of business experience and knowledge accumulated over more than 10 years in market-leading companies in the industrial and defence sectors.
Ben brings over 30 years' experience of working in hostile environments advising and installing protective solutions and expeditionary barriers.
Dal Flora is our Office Manager, supporting projects and clients and DIRICKX Systems with all things logistics, sales, support tickets, project planning and ensuring operations are efficient. Dal has over 20 years experience in managing support for expeditionary systems.

Fork-lift trucks, container cranes, Bobcats - if it moves, Gary can drive it. As our Procurement and Stock Control Manager, Gary also helps to manage the production line, material supply, and when needed can help to assemble our EB-UNITS before shipping them to projects around the world.
Kevin has over 35 years experience in international manufacturing businesses, holding Senior Director roles in both commercial and operational management. Working predominantly in multi-national Groups, and having travelled extensively across North America, Europe, China and the MENA region, he has an extensive knowledge of world-class manufacturing principles across diverse industries.
Mike Houghton has a wealth of experience managing finance and accounts for manufacturing and defence organisations trading nationally and internationally. Mike supports the company, projects and our clients in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from procurement to delivery.
Mike is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience in the high security industry, including 18 years in the Military serving in many hostile environments around the world specialising in Force Protection Engineering and weapon effects on structures.
A member of the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists and a member of the Security Institute, Mike was previously the lead for threat and risk mitigation for a international engineering consultancy as well as the Engineering Director for Hesco Bastion Ltd. He was responsible for all the hostile vehicle barrier design and testing as well as the blast and ballistic design, assessment and testing for all the Hesco products. He has extensive experience in undertaking security risk assessments based on threat and vulnerability analysis in many market sectors including the military, humanitarian, critical national infrastructure and the oil and gas industry.
Neil has a wealth of experience managing people, he is the glue that keeps everything together within the DIRICKX Systems operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly in order to meet our customers' expectations.
Having graduated from UCL with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he has spent most of his career in the building technology and security industry. He spent 12 years at Siemens, where he was responsible for the global security products business from 2007 to 2010.
After leaving Siemens, he led Norbain's CCTV business in the UK before joining Betafence as VP of Product Management and M&A. He was part of the core team during the acquisition of Hesco Bastion Ltd in 2016. After leaving Praesidiad at the end of 2016, he worked briefly in the automotive industry before joining PICOT in early 2018 where he is responsible for DIRICKX's business in Central Europe and UK as well as working on strategic projects for the Group. He is part of the management team at DIRICKX Systems.
Nicolas has over 30 years of experience in international business, having worked as a senior director in business, product management and M&A in more than 5 European countries.
Paul is an experienced mechanic by trade, with an inquisitive mind, he loves a challenge. He keeps all the cogs moving at DIRICKX Systems. Simply, if Paul can't fix it, it can't be fixed.

- Military Engineer
As a qualified Military Instructor, Trial Officer and Military Engineer, Shaun brings vast experience with over 35 years of expertise in all aspects of Expeditionary Barriers.
He started his career in the British Army qualifying from the Royal School of Military Engineering in 1987. During 22 years of service, he worked in the areas of combat engineering, bomb disposal and heavy plant and construction. Amongst numerous operational deployments globally, he also served within the UK MODs Research & Development Team and Defence Export Support Team (UKTI), before his final two years of service as an instructor at the Royal School of Military Engineering.
In 2008 Shaun joined Hesco Bastion as Technical Manger where he was responsible for on-site technical support, he then transitioned into the Sales Team where he held numerous roles such as Asian Regional Manager, UN Key Account Manager and in recent years became the International Sales Team Manager.
