Jessica Crumlich personally worked a multitude of man hours to help us get our roof on. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to the very end. She also worked and negotiated, on our behalf, non stop with our home owners insurance to see that the deductible fell under the correct amount for our claim. She stayed in touch with us at all times so we were never left wondering what process was next.
