Fiammetta has more than 20 years' experience in integrated subsurface studies, in support of geo-energy exploration and production projects.
She gained strong technical background in international companies with involvement in large regional studies in support of subsurface natural resources system analysis, play based evaluations, prospect identification, evaluation/ranking and reservoir characterization.
Over the last 10 years she has been involved in geothermal and groundwater exploration in sedimentary basin integrating geophysical and geological data-sets to drive effective identification and drilling targets.
Dr. Peter Seibert, was involved in the last ten years in the development process of the core technology.
Erez led as President and CEO three prominent companies: Teva - the world's largest generic pharmaceutical company, ADAMA - the world's largest generic agrochemical company, the Strauss Group- multinational food and beverage company. He was a member of the advisory committee to Israel's National Economic Council, a member of the Advisory Board to the Governor of the Bank of Israel, and as a member of the Israel Security Authority Plenary Governing Board. Erez holds a Master's degree in Management Science (MBA) from MIT.
Peter is an entrepreneur that has built across Germany and Switzerland the ecosystem of scientists, experts, cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurs which is the foundation of the company. Peter possesses 30 years of experience in turning inventions into successful businesses, identifying business opportunities, developing winning strategies, nurturing and supporting entrepreneurs in companies such as Mannesmann, Tebodin, Diebold, Klöckner Moeller Baan SA/ Engineering, and Cordys. Peter holds master's degree in engineering industrial management and economics from Dortmund university / Germany master.

Pini led as CEO Soglowek group- Israel's leading producer of meat product, Amnon Mesilot Group- an Israeli transportation and real-estate company. Prior to that he served as deputy CEO of Strauss Group- multinational food and beverages company. Recently he is also involved in developing and growing large and small companies in promising industries (such as Milouot, Miloupri, Soglowek, Canabis company). Pini holds bachelor's degree in Computer science from Hadassah College in Jerusalem and Master's degree in Strategy and Marketing from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem.
Uwe possesses more than 40 years of experience in banking and finance in Germany and Europe. He held various management positions in leading Banking Groups (Deutsche Bank, SEB, ING, Credit Lyonnais). Since 2009 Uwe has a consulting firm specialized in funding, M&A transactions and restructuring of medium-size companies and investment in start-ups and he is an expert in Government and European funding programs.
