Nour is a Consultant, Transformation Expert, Adviser and Strategist to fortune 500 companies. Nour has led many businesses and thousands of individuals around the globe to access their greater potential. Nour is an inventor with 5 patented technologies to her name. She has over a decade of experience building businesses on her own and within large multi-national organizations. She is focused on elevating consciousness through culture. Nour provides strategy, creative, marketing and business development services to start-ups, small/medium businesses, and enterprises. She is focused on optimization, people, wellness, organizational design, leadership, shaping civilization and developing culture. Nour founded the Strategy and Consulting Group, a global creative and strategic agency focused on enhancing human potential, culture and systems for people to thrive. Combine Nour's passion for innovation and science and her love of people and you get an executor, who knows how to attain results. Nour doubled existing brick and mortar businesses, increased the number of users in a social media marketplace, expanded distribution for various personal care products and created numerous well-known consumer packaged goods brands. In addition to her entrepreneurial experience, Nour brings a wide range of corporate experiences, she was the Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Business Development, Operations Marketing and Product Development for a luxury teeth-whitening brand headquartered in California. She was the Seasonal Category's Retail Merchandising Director for the largest vertically integrated personal care retailer in the US where she focused on experiential storytelling. Nour's intuitive and analytical mind was sharpened while working for the largest and most prestigious consulting firm in the world. In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, she often brings lessons she learned from her travels all over the world. She has teaching, professional and academic experiences in Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. Some of her most notable experiences, where as a Fulbright scholar, where she completed an MBA from one of the top programs in Europe and completed PhD level economic courses in Brazil. She was the only woman chosen in the world to study business and women. Nour is one of a handful of triple majors in the history of the University of Florida. She holds a BA in Economics, a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Political Science with a minor in International Relations, summa cumlade. Nour was a Rhodes scholar finalist for the south east. Nour is in the hall of fame at the University of Florida and was honored as the Most Outstanding Graduating Female. She was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, McQuown Scholar, a Reitz Scholar and published 2 papers as an undergraduate on the betterment of women in the Middle East and on the demographics of women in the workforce. Nour inspires people to live life to the fullest. Nour is a certified meditation instructor. Nour is also a pre-natal and post-natal birthing instructor with a foundation in functional movement, a doula and childbirth educator. She is a global mental health counselor, certified in addiction counseling and as a psychedelic assisted psychotherapist/coach.
