Whilst a serial mind-mapper, Amy strives to tie all wandering ideas together when delivering copy that pinpoints the precise demands of a client. Although an English Literature degree showcases her enthusiasm for the written word, she also identifies as a self-professed foodie who loves trialing different cuisines when visiting new places. A recent discovery- tamagoyaki!

The communicator. Outstanding copy, masterful project management and faultless organisation. Previously Head of Marketing at a large US corporate, Gill is unflappable.
The methodical organiser. Percipient and industrious, Hilary intuitively manages all aspects of Shine's finance and assists with supplier liaison. An inestimably valuable asset to the business.
Needless to say, our lead designer Ian is ultra-creative in everything he turns his hands to, and is always thinking outside the box to deliver something fresh and original.
When he's not working, Ian often has a project on the go around the house - the latest being his new bar, which he often frequents with his wife, three children and fur baby, Rufus!

Swift, methodical and unwaveringly efficient, every task is ticked off her list by the end of the day. There is always a solution - and Nadine will always find it. Over a decade's worth of inimitable design experience.
Our senior designer Rachael is hands on when it comes to bringing ideas to life. She's an expert in crafting campaigns that make people think, and lives by the motto ‘stay curious' - whether that be by exploring the countryside or delving into a new design project. Oh, and did we mention her growing addiction to Candy Crush?

Our friendly graphic designer Seb relishes the challenge of seeing design project ideas through right from the start, all the way to completion. He also has a keen eye for photography, and is inspired by the hidden details of everyday life.
