Allison is a proven LatinX leader with a decade of experience scaling non and for-profit companies, business owner and farmer, first generation U.S. citizen, mother of three.
Greg is a combat veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps prior to acquiring Stokes Ladders, Inc. With a background in fabricating and machining, Greg modernized the operations of Stokes improving quality and increasing production. Additionally, Greg owns and operates Panella Orchards, a producer of 3 million pounds of pears each year.
Leigh is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience developing technologies in the startup environment. He is named on eight patents from companies such as Pax Scientific and Kohana Technologies Inc. Leigh is the CTO and developer of Dual Draft and is responsible for the patent rights achieved by the company.
Mark is a controlled environment agriculture and cannabis industry veteran. Beginning in 2010 with Aqua Vita Farms, an indoor aquaponic farm. In 2016, Mark joined urban-gro and worked on over 300 indoor cultivation projects. Mark served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, for urban-gro, from 2019 to 2021.
