Dr. Morgan Hubbard

Dr. Hubbard was born and raised in nearby Carroll County and graduated from Malvern High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University and then earned her Doctorate of Optometry (O.D) from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. While in optometry school, she completed externship rotations with emphasis in ocular disease on an Indian reservation in Montana and at an ophthalmology surgical center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Hubbard enjoys working with patients of all ages. She has a special interest in myopia control, ocular disease, and dry eye disease. She also enjoys fitting patients in contact lenses including both soft and specialty lenses. She manages patients with conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and ocular emergencies. Dr. Hubbard is very excited to be back in Ohio and to provide quality eye care to the local community. In her free time, Dr. Hubbard enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dogs, and her boyfriend, Josh. She enjoys the outdoors, hunting and camping, painting and crafting, and being active. She has a passion for traveling and looks forward to completing mission trips in the future. Dr. Hubbard is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, the American Legion Post 375, and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

Dr. Nathan Atterholt

Dr. Atterholt grew up in nearby Ashland County, and graduated from Hillsdale High School. He then attended the College of Wooster earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry where he earned his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) and Master's of Science (M.S.) in Vision Science in 2011. He came to work at Family Eyecare Associates in 2014 and purchased the practice from Drs. James and Holly Conway in 2019. Dr. Atterholt sees patients of all ages and has a special interest in pediatric eye care and ocular disease management. He manages patients with glaucoma, cataract, dry eye syndrome, and diabetic retinopathy among other conditions. He enjoys fitting patients in contact lenses, including daily disposable, astigmatism, bifocal, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Atterholt married his high school sweetheart, Amy, and together they have a son Rhett. They live on a farm and raise grain crops and pigs. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending time with family. Dr. Atterholt enjoys woodworking, golf, farming, and Notre Dame football. He is a member of the Lions Club, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and Trinity Lutheran Church.
