Alex has extensive experience in quality assurance management, testing, business analysis, Provider and Member MMIS functional areas. Since 2002, Amy has been a senior associate and management consultant at Public Knowledge®. Amy is currently responsible for working with federal staff to determine access to the data held by the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OSCE), Division of Federal Systems and protecting the privacy of individuals whose personal confidential data is held in those systems. Amy has also worked at OCSE on the Employer Services team and as a liaison to courts. Amy has 36 years of experience working with child support programs at the local, state, and federal level and her areas of expertise include privacy and data access, policy and procedures development, intergovernmental case processing, training, business process re-engineering, and change management.
She started her career as a Special Counsel to the Attorney General in Maryland, representing the state and the children's interests in child support cases. From there, she moved to the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement's National Training Center, helping states implement changes brought about by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, better known as PRWORA or welfare reform. Amy has helped over a dozen states implement new systems, develop policies and procedures for child support cases, and has assisted with interjurisdictional case processing. Amy is an active member in the child support advocacy community and serves on the board of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA). Amy received her J.D. and A.B. degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington IN and is a trained mediator. Ann has more than 25 years of experience in the child support program in both the state and private sectors. She worked for South Carolina Department of Child Support with 10 years of experience working with Florence regional office as a Specialist and in the privatized Horry Region Office as a supervisor and then as the program manager. Ann has also worked in Baltimore as the customer service manager in the Baltimore City Office of Child Support, program manager in the Virginia Office of Child Support in Hampton, and as a child support expert for the SC Systems. She has provided training in Maryland, Florida, Virginia, California, Washington, and North Dakota. Ann received her BS degree from Francis Marion University. Bonnie last worked in Tennessee as the Commissioner for the Department of Children's Services. Bonnie holds a Master's in social work for the Kent School of Social Work in Louisville, Kentucky.

Diane has a profound passion for child support and workforce services. Diane has served as an administrator, litigator, and policy consultant in child support for 23 years. She joined the Center for the Support of Families, now Public Knowledge®, in 2015 where her work focused on national child support policies involving intergovernmental issues, parentage, procedural justice, and low-income parents. She has created and provided nationally recognized professional development trainings ranging from intergovernmental laws and case processing to justice and civil contempt policies, and customer service.
Active in the national child support community, Diane served on the Board of Directors of NCSEA. She was also an official observer to the Uniform Law Commission's revision of the Uniform Parentage Act, and currently is on the Commission's Enactment Committee.

Additionally, she is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Alia, a Minnesota-based non-profit aiming to inspire change within child welfare throughout the United States. She was previously the Executive Director of the Office of Child Permanency at the Tennessee Department of Children's Services (DCS) in Nashville. She was also a part of the federally funded Permanency Innovations Initiative Training and Technical Assistance Team (PII-TTAP) that used implementation science to improve outcomes for children languishing in foster care and then create the guide to developing, implementing, and assessing an innovation.

Elizabeth has more than 30 years of experience in the child support program, where she has worked in field operations, policy, legal, and legislative analysis for both the public and private sectors. Beginning in 1987, she worked for Washington State's child support program, where she first worked in the field, and later managed the program's Legal, Legislative and Policy section. She also later served as Chief of the program's information technology office, providing leadership to more than seventy staff who manage the statewide child support enforcement management system, and serving as a key member on the child support program's Senior Management Team.
In 2000, Elizabeth joined the Center for the Support of Families, where she currently holds the position of Senior Associate. She serves as a legal consultant and subject matter expert on child support fiscal management issues, statutory compliance, and legislative analysis. She serves as CSF's lead subject matter expert on child support financial and distribution issues and has been a lead author of federal policy guidance and training for the distribution requirements contained under the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, and Tribal child support distribution. She has also served as a team leader and key staff member on federal, state, and local projects analyzing child support policy, legislation, performance, systems, privacy, and fiscal issues. Elizabeth holds a B.A. from Whitman College, M.S. from Western Washington University, and J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She is also a certified PMP.

Glenda serves as a Vice President for Region 6 for Public Knowledge® where she is the project manager for a large child welfare project. Glenda has over 35 years of public sector child welfare experience in a variety of program areas; eligibility services, child protection, family preservation, foster care, and adoption. Prior to joining Public Knowledge®, Glenda served as the Associate Commissioner of Eligibility Operations for the state of Texas. In that position, Glenda managed 9,300+ statewide staff in 251 locations, was responsible for providing economic support (TANF, SNAP, and Medicaid) services to the public, and co-led the state's ACA healthcare reform implementation efforts. Additionally, Glenda led and supported the statewide team in the development of an online benefits application process.
Glenda also developed a voluntary prevention program for families with prior history of child abuse for the Texas Department of Child Protective Services. She also developed and issued the RFP, bid process, and requirements. Glenda also served as the Regional Director for Gwinnett County Georgia as well as a 14-county region including Augusta, Georgia. She also served as the Regional Director of Fulton and DeKalb Counties in Georgia, while simultaneously servicing as County Director of Fulton County. In these roles, Glenda was responsible for all child welfare and social services functions, including the Kenny A. Consent Decree.
Glenda's past work experiences have also been concentrated in the areas of frontline workers, frontline supervision, mid-level management, senior, administration, and organizational change management. Glenda has consistently served as a management consultant in the areas of assessment, change, and development, technical assistance, mentoring, staff development, and direct child welfare delivery. Glenda holds a master's degree in social work from The University of Georgia and has completed significant coursework towards a Ph.D. in Social Work.
