The Brannen Group was founded in 1980 to deliver cross-cultural consulting and training programs to rapidly growing California Silicon Valley companies. In 2000, at the request of our clients, we expanded our charter to include Leadership and Management programs to incorporate the cross-cultural expertise of our founding partners. We have since found this to be a winning combination leading to the development of unique programs that simultaneously address business skills and cross-cultural competencies-e.g., Virtual Global Teaming, Global Leadership, Global Presentations Skills. Based in Berkeley, California, we conduct more than 40 percent of our programs outside the US. Our programs range from one-on-one sessions with Presidents/CEOs of multinational corporations to instructor-led seminars for senior management to virtual training for individual contributors.
