Working across several areas including Direct Care Support, Service Co-ordination, Assessment and NDIS Plan Management. Roxanne has lived in the Warrnambool area her whole life and enjoys supporting the member of her local community... Wattle Lane Plan Management Services is a Registered NDIS Provider that works to supports NDIS Participants by providing them with the best service possible. With over 13 years experience in the Disability and Aged Sector, we tailor our support to your needs. We will support you to get the most out of your NDIS funding, while also paying your invoices in a timely matter. We are based 10 minutes from Warrnambool in South West Victoria and support NDIS Participants both locally and Australia Wide.
