Andrew Hynd

Job Titles:
  • Technical Interface Manager
Andrew has over 11 years of experience across the entire development frame of offshore wind projects, with a previous focus on foundations and IAC, covering design, fabrication, transportation, installation and operations. He has worked on 10 previous offshore wind farms across Scotland, the rest of the UK, Europe & Taiwan. Andrew covers all technical packages as well as consenting and grid. He is actively involved in supply chain development and is also a STEM Ambassador.

Bridget Casey

Job Titles:
  • Stakeholder Liaison Officer
As Stakeholder Liaison Officer for the project, Bridget manages the consultation with key stakeholders and has responsibility for running the project's community and stakeholder engagement. She has worked for over 25 years in stakeholder management across construction, urban regeneration, flood prevention and energy projects, including Beauly Denny, the Edinburgh Trams, and numerous motorway projects.

David Hinshelwood

Job Titles:
  • Project Director
David has worked in offshore renewables since 2013, joining the Muir Mhòr project team from his previous role at SSE Renewables. He has supported and influenced many wide industry initiatives within the Scottish and UK offshore wind sector. Since 2018 he has been actively involved at a steering group level in Scottish and North East Supply Chain clusters.

Erin McLeod

Job Titles:
  • Supply Chain and Stakeholder
Erin has gained wide industry experience in oil and gas, sustainable hydrogen production, renewable energy storage and offshore decommissioning, before joining the Muir Mhòr project team in April 2022. Since joining the team, Erin has worked across cost control, project development, supply chain and stakeholder engagement on the Muir Mhòr Offshore Wind Farm project.

Gillies Munro

Job Titles:
  • Deputy Interface Manager
Gillies is experienced in both onshore and offshore wind projects, drawing on early-stage due diligence and acquisition, development, design optimisation, construction, and operations. He supports Muir Mhòr Offshore Wind Farm across all technical packages and holds a BEng and MSc in Engineering. Gillies is also a STEM Ambassador.

Helen Snodin

Job Titles:
  • Senior Grid and Regulation Manager
Helen has been working in the renewable energy sector in Scotland for 27 years, prior to which she spent five years at a Scottish non-governmental organisation. She has worked across the business in resource assessment, supply chain, technology and project due diligence and in particular route-to-market, grid connection and grid integration. Having spent 24 years in consultancy she is now leading on the grid connection for the Muir Mhòr Offshore Wind Farm project.

James Herring

Job Titles:
  • Health and Safety Manager
James joined the Muir Mhòr project team in January 2023. With 15 years HSE experience in various disciplines including oil, gas and petrochemical projects, he has been in the renewable industry since 2016, gaining experience on several offshore projects in the UK, EU and Middle East. James brings a strong fabrication and commissioning background and works to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved as well as promoting a positive working culture.

John Kennedy

Job Titles:
  • Land Manager
John is a land specialist with a background in consultancy, ranging different sectors, including renewables, hydrogen production and transmission & distribution. His academic background is in UK town planning (Msc in Urban & Regional Planning) and is also a chartered town planner with the RTPI. In terms of developing the onshore energy infrastructure for Muir Mhòr, John will be responsible for stakeholder identification and engagement, as well as statutory processes for consenting these elements.

Marie-Laurence Carruezco

Job Titles:
  • Deputy Project Director and Technical Project Manager
Marie joined the Muir Mhor project to lead our cross-functional technical team in March 2023. With 18 years of project, program and portfolio management and 2 Masters of Engineering, she worked in automobile, aeronautic, logistic industries before joining the renewable energies sector in 2010. She has extensive experience in system engineering and in complex innovative projects.

Martha Lovatt

Job Titles:
  • Senior Development and Consents Manager
Martha joined Fred. Olsen Seawind in January 2024 from SSE Renewables where she worked for 12 years. She has experience of consenting onshore and offshore wind projects across the UK and in Europe. Martha has supported wind farm projects through the seabed lease, development, and construction process, including the discharging of conditions and on the due diligence side of the sale and acquisition of numerous wind farms.

Miles McConville

Job Titles:
  • Consenting Manager
Miles joined the Muir Mhòr team as Consenting Manager this year, bringing with him 5 years of experience in Geographical Information Systems and Consenting within the renewable energy sector. Miles has worked on projects across the globe focusing on strategic site selection and site analysis to advance clean energy solutions.

Nikki Keddie

Job Titles:
  • Stakeholder and Communications Manager
Nikki has over 12 years public and private sector experience in the offshore wind sector and has expertise in project economics, stakeholder engagement, policy and strategy development, public affairs and communications. She is passionate about community benefit, skills and supply chain development, working to leverage maximum benefit from offshore wind development for local communities and the wider Scottish and UK economies. Nikki sat on the Steering Committee of the Forth and Tay Offshore Cluster.

Patrick Sweeney

Job Titles:
  • Ports and Logistics Manager
Patrick joined Muir Mhòr in August 2023, bringing 9 years of experience in engineering and various roles in oil and gas. Patrick's experience being involved in offshore construction projects, field operations and drilling. Patrick transitioned into the offshore wind industry in 2020 and worked on the Seagreen project managing the foundation engineering, transportation and installation activities. He is PMP qualified and a chartered engineer with IMechE and is responsible for all ports, transportation and installation activities.

Stephen Kennedy

Job Titles:
  • Procurement and Commercial Manager
Stephen has worked in procurement and supply chain management for over 25 years, having worked within the public, construction, agriculture and utilities sectors. Stephen spent the last six years working in senior Procurement and Contract Management roles for ScottishPower, ensuring the successful delivery of both onshore and offshore projects during the development and construction phases in the UK, Europe and USA.

Stian Mong

Job Titles:
  • Project Management Officer
Stian joined Fred Olsen Seawind as PMO Manager in March 2023, after having worked in various roles such as senior project controller, quality manager and project manager, for companies such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Aker Solutions and DNV. He is passionate about enabling project processes to be smooth, user-friendly and value-adding, and believes that most problems can be mitigated by bringing people together and a well-designed excel sheet. Stian holds an Executive MBA in Management Control from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
