Catriona Razic is a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Skillcast. She advises global firms on their compliance communication strategy - working directly with them to deliver successful outcomes for their compliance and learning initiatives. Catriona holds a degree in Psychology and Economics.
Chris Croft is one of the UK's leading negotiation, project and time management trainers. He has trained over 87,000 people with a 94% retention rate. Author of 15 books, his monthly tips reach over 10,000 people. Chris is passionate about learning that is practical, memorable, entertaining and immediately actionable.
David is an e-learning consultant at Skillcast. Since completing his MA in English at the University of Malta, David has been writing marketing, lifestyle and educational content as well as teaching English. He now helps Skillcast clients to develop bespoke e-learning courses.
Ed Kilner joined the commercial team at Harper James in 2019, specialising in IT, IP and general technology-related contracts, as well as advising on a range of commercial matters. Ed is experienced working with both innovative tech start-ups and multinational corporations, advising on a range of different contractual and intellectual property matters, both domestic and international.

Jason Boud is the Co-Founder and CEO of RegTech Associates, a global research company who use their analysis to provide strategic insight and advice to their clients. Jason has extensive experience working at a senior level in technology for JP Morgan and Credit Suisse, has worked in corporate innovation, and has 10 years of experience working with early-stage and growth startups.
Katharine Leaman spent 11 years within the FCA, then oversaw compliance at two major banks. She now consults on regulatory compliance across market conduct, CASS, SMCR, FX Global Code, Outsourcing, non-financial misconduct, and conduct risk. Her consultancy provides regulated firms with digital regulatory compliance materials.

Kina is a commercial writer and editor, a qualified journalist, a published Business English author as well as an experienced digital content marketer based in the United Kingdom.
Lynne is an instructional designer with over 20 years of storyboarding experience. Her current areas of interest are mobile learning and exploring how cognitive theories of learning can create better learner experiences.
Martin has over two decades of experience at the front-line in compliance, financial crime prevention and data protection, along with a further decade of experience consulting, in-person training and interacting with professionals at hundreds of firms. He is a keen promoter of joined-up thinking in compliance training and management and of creating a culture that gets employees at all levels engaging with the compliance department.

Max is a content writer and marketer with extensive experience working across a wide range of sectors, from financial services to eCommerce. Max joined Skillcast in December 2020 and is responsible for writing, editing and developing content for digital campaigns.
Michael Rasmussen is an internationally recognized authority on Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). His expertise covers enterprise GRC, GRC technology, corporate compliance, and policy management. Using his 28+ years of experience, Michael helps organizations improve GRC processes, design and implement GRC architecture, and select effective, efficient, and agile technologies. Sought-after as a keynote speaker, author, and advisor, he has been called the "Father of GRC", having been the first to define and model the GRC market in February 2002 while at Forrester.

Morten is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer at Skillcast. His work is within designing and producing content and procedures that are used throughout our operations. He manages our Production, Content, and Customer Success teams, with a focus on collaboration and communication across departments. He has a BA(Hons) in Graphic and Media Design from London College of Printing (University of the Arts London).
Rich draws on 25 years of learning experience to help Skillcast partners. After 18 years serving as an Officer in the British Army, he moved into the commercial world. His unparalleled academic background includes a PGCE in Further Education and an MSc in Computer-Based Learning & Training. He is a Learning Technologies Conference past presenter and e-learning award winner.
Roberta Buhagiar is an e-learning content specialist with over ten year's experience working in the education industry. Her compliance specialisms include financial crime prevention, risk management and regulation.
With 14 years' experience in digital learning, Ruth has designed, developed and successfully delivered a wealth of first-class training. Ruth works closely with clients to create unique, learner-centred experiences that catalyse behaviour change and improve workplace performance. In her role as Environmental Manager, Ruth has been working with a core team to meet and exceed Skillcast's Climate Neutral goals.
Sharon is a Regulatory Consultant and Chartered Insurer. Her compliance experience spans over 30 years and includes delivering Compliance Consultancy and holding various Compliance Management Roles within financial services firms. Most recently she has joined the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA.

Simon is Director of Learning Solutions at Skillcast. He is responsible for ensuring that Skillcast partners achieve the best return on their e-learning investment. He helps our clients navigate every stage of the learning development process, from risk assessment through to audit, while personalising the approach to the needs of their organisation. Before Skillcast he was Head of E-learning at both Barclays Wealth and Gerard Asset Management.
