BDS was founded in 2003 by Robert Taylor, Dave Barton and Sue Williams who between them have over 53 years experience working within Mitel performing a variety of roles gaining hands on experience of Mitel Products. Sue gained many years experience in Mitel manufacturing at the Caldicot operation in a managerial role. Sue has a keen interest in protecting our environment and is also currently a Director or Monmouthshire Community Recycling. Robert and David primarily worked within a division of Mitel known as Specialist Services which delivered service for Mitel's second user market, refurbished sales, buy backs, maintenance, upgrades, installations and Lifeline contracts. The division was made redundant after restructuring within the Mitel group and BDS was created employing other members of the team, which allows us to continue to offer the same quality services.
