Incorporated in July 2009, Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited ("BPHL" or the "Company") is an overseas listed investment and financing platform established by Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited ("BEGCL"). The BPHL is controlled by Beijing Enterprises City Development Group Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of BEGCL) and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, HKEX Stock Code: 925.Since its establishment, the Company has obtained financing through the listing platform and invested in residential, commercial, logistics and industrial real estate projects with "financing", "investing", "managing" and "exiting" as the business model, and has started the global food & supply chain business as a new business. BPHL is committed to empowering the traditional industry by using technology as its guide, and gradually participates in the global food & supply chain business as one of the essentials of people's livelihood.
