D. Grenville Thomas

D. Grenville Thomas has over 50 years' experience in the mining industry, during which time he has built an impressive track record of discovery, most notably the world-class Diavik diamond mine and the Thor Lake rare metals deposit, both in the Northwest Territories. Gren was the founder (and held positions of Chairman, President and Director) of Toronto-based Aber Resources Ltd. (now Dominion Diamond Corp.). He is also Chairman and Director of North Arrow Minerals Inc.; Director of Westhaven Ventures Inc.; and was Chairman of Winshear Gold Corp. Shortly after graduation from University College, Cardiff, Wales (Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering in 1964), he moved to Canada and worked for a number of companies, including Falconbridge Nickel Mines in Sudbury, Ontario, Giant Mines in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and Highwood Resources, a company he founded. He spent a number of years as a self-employed mineral property prospector and contractor, focusing primarily on properties located in the Northwest Territories. Gren's discoveries have earned him many honours, including "PDAC Prospector of the Year" for 1999; "Man of the Year" by The Northern Miner newspaper (2001); and in January of 2009, he was one of four individuals inducted into The Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, located at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Canada.

Fawzi Hanano

Mr. Hanano is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector gained in the mining industry and at global investment banks. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in investor relations, capital markets and corporate strategy. He was previously Head of Investor Relations and Communications at SolGold plc, an LSE and TSX-listed copper and gold developer. Fawzi's experience also includes over a dozen years in mining equity research, where he covered global large and small cap miners and underlying commodities at a number of top investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, UBS, HSBC, Macquarie and Berenberg, where he authored proprietary research reports on global base metals and bulk commodity projects that were a primary reference for investors and industry players. Fawzi started his mining sector career at Rio Tinto in 2002 and held roles in business development and strategy within the industrial minerals division and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance) from McGill University.

John McGloin

Mr. McGloin is based in the UK and currently serves as a non-executive Director of Perseus Mining Limited, and Amphi Capital Ltd., a non-executive independent Director of Caledonia Mining Plc., and the non-executive Chairman of Oriole Resources Plc., and is the former Chairman and Chief Executive of Amara Mining. John is a geologist and graduate of Camborne School of Mines and worked for many years in Africa within the mining industry before moving into consultancy. He joined Arbuthnot Banking Group following four years at Evolution Securities as their mining analyst. He is also the former Head of Mining at Collins Stewart.

Kenneth A. Armstrong

Ken Armstrong has over 20 years' experience in the exploration industry, a decade of which, from 2005-2015, was spent as President and CEO of Strongbow Exploration (now Cornish Metals). Prior to that time he worked as a geologist for a number of companies including Rio Tinto, Aber Resources (now Dominion Diamond Corporation) and Navigator Exploration. He currently serves as President, CEO and a Director of North Arrow Minerals Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1992) and Queen's University (1995) and is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Province of Ontario.

Matthew Hird - CFO

Matthew Hird is an experienced finance professional from the natural resources sector who brings a wealth of expertise in driving the strategic analysis, financing, reporting and governance of mining companies. Matthew spent over eight years at Kaz Minerals plc, the FTSE 250 copper producer, including six years as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment at Kaz Minerals plc, he was Company Secretary and Group Reporting Manager at Vedanta Resources plc. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer at African Minerals Limited and more recently, as Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Rutile Limited until its acquisition by Iluka Resources Limited. Prior to his work in the natural resources sector, he spent nine years at Deloitte. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Geological Sciences) from the University of Cambridge.

Owen Mihalop - COO

Owen Mihalop, MIMMM, C.Eng., has 20 years' experience in the mining industry, ranging from grass-roots geological exploration through to production mining. He started his career as an exploration geologist and then gained experience in mining engineering and production in both open-pit and underground mines, following which he became a mining consultant specialising in feasibility studies, project management and project evaluation, gaining broad experience in the mining industry as a whole. In recent years he has concentrated on project development, advancing projects in Europe and Africa towards production. Owen is a Chartered Mining Engineer and a graduate of Camborne School of Mines and he is supported by a strong team of geologists and mining engineers from the local area who have a deep understanding of the United Downs Project and the South Crofty Project.

Patrick F.N. Anderson - Chairman

Mr. Anderson is an exploration geologist and business executive with over 26 years experience in the resource sector. He is the founder, CEO and a director of Dalradian Resources Inc. where he has led the discovery of over 6 million ounces of gold at the Curraghinalt deposit in Northern Ireland, resulting in a takeover by Orion Mine Finance in 2018. He remains as the CEO and a director of the now private Dalradian Resources. Mr. Anderson was a director, President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Aurelian Resources Inc., which discovered a 13.7 million ounce gold deposit in 2006 and was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. He was named Mining Man of the Year by The Northern Miner in 2009 and received the PDAC's Thayer Lindsley award for an international mineral discovery in 2008.

Richard Williams - CEO, President

Richard Williams is a Professional Geologist with a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geology from Portsmouth University, and a Masters degree in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University, Ontario. He also serves as CEO of Helio Resource Corp. (TSX-V:HRC), an exploration company with a gold project in Tanzania. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector principally in southern Africa, and south and Central America. Richard has spent the last 16 years in public company corporate management, and has developed a wide network of business and financial contacts. He co-founded, and is CEO and director of, Winshear Gold Corp. (formerly Helio Resource Corp) which previously discovered the 1 million ounce SMP gold project in Tanzania.

Samantha Hoe-Richardson

Samantha is an experienced non-executive director from a global mining, infrastructure and insurance background. She is currently a non-executive director of Kew Soda Ltd, Assured Guaranty UK Ltd, Ascot Underwriting Limited, 3i Infrastructure plc and Independent Group Advisor on Climate Change & Sustainability to Laing O'Rourke. Samantha was Head of Environment & Sustainable Development at Network Rail until 2017 and prior to that spent 16 years at Anglo American plc, latterly as Head of Environment. She previously worked in investment banking and audit. Samantha holds a Masters Degree in nuclear and electrical engineering from the University of Cambridge, and is also a non-practicing chartered accountant.

Stephen Gatley

Mr. Gatley is a mining engineer and graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London. He spent the early part of his career working in the Cornish tin industry at both Wheal Jane and South Crofty mines and was the General Manager at South Crofty at the time of its closure in 1998. He also worked for Rio Tinto plc in senior positions at underground base metal mines in both Europe and South America, prior to joining Lundin Mining Corp. where he served as Vice President Technical Services from 2012 to 2021. In this position, he provided technical oversight to Lundin's operating mines and growth initiatives, including the acquisition and subsequent construction of the high-grade Eagle underground nickel/copper mine in Michigan, USA, the acquisition and subsequent expansion of the Candelaria copper open pit and its three underground mines in Chile and the acquisition and integration of the Chapada copper/gold mine in Brazil.

Tony Trahar

Mr. Trahar has had a distinguished 40 year career in the mining, natural resources and industrial sectors. From 2000 to 2007 he was CEO of Anglo American Plc, one of the world's largest mining groups, and was also a director of Anglo Gold, Anglo Platinum and De Beers. During his tenure at Anglo American, Tony oversaw a significant period of growth, delivering a 35% return on equity and returning US$10.5 billion ("bn") to shareholders while overseeing US$15bn of strategic acquisitions as well as US$11bn of disposals. In addition, he negotiated and implemented the US$19bn ‘take private' of De Beers diamond group with the Oppenheimer family and the Government of Botswana. Tony is currently a special adviser to Vision Blue Resources. From 1985-2000, he was Chief Executive, and then Chairman of Mondi Ltd (now listed in London as Mondi Plc), a multinational forestry, pulp, paper and packaging group. Since leaving Anglo American he has also held a number of senior advisory roles for Barclays Natural Resource Investments (2007-2013) and Macquarie Bank (2014-2016). Tony holds a B.Comm degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
