Anne Grice

Anne joined the family firm in 1991. She began in the Finishing department, then moved on to printing, training on both Litho and Digital machines, before transferring to the Pre-press / Design sector of the company. Anne leads the Pre-press and Design department, and has the overall responsibility for running the Digital and Wide Format side of the company. Anne believes that her knowledge of the different processes involved in the business helps her to achieve the best result for each project that the company handles.

Eloise Maland

Job Titles:

Eloise joined the family firm in 1997, beginning in the Finishing department before moving into the company office handling the accounts and admin side of the business. She now, along with Anne overseas the running of the digital printing machines, ensuring schedules are met and quality is maintained to the highest level. As well as operating one of the main digital printers on a daily basis.

Hayley Wall

Job Titles:

Jenny joined the firm in 2010 and Hayley joined in 2014 and both of them have the responsibility for the banking and general finances for the companies. Streamlining the day to day processing of invoices from suppliers, and to customers. Also, dealing with general enquiries and directing your calls to the appropriate department, they will also assist with the raising of orders and monitoring material stock levels, ensuring that we are well equipped to fulfil orders in a timely manner. They have also been known to help out in the finishing department should the need arise. (Many hands make light work, so we've been told.)

Ian Douglass - Managing Director

Ian Douglass started the business in 1979 and now runs it with his two daughters, Anne and Eloise, providing a wide range of Litho and Digital print to a diverse range of customers. Including, private individuals, trade customers, and commercial businesses of all sizes and many different sectors. Ian has been in the printing industry for all of his working life, and started the business from his garden shed in 1974, 5 years after completing his Print Apprenticeship. Whilst he was building the business he continued to work for a number of top print houses in Staffordshire, expanding his knowledge and gaining valuable experience in all aspects of print. Including four colour and colour sensitive work. In 1979, he bravely made the decision to work for himself full-time. And, 43 years on, he will still tell you that it was one of the best decisions he has ever made, and has never looked back or regretted a moment of it. Ian no longer works on the printing presses, but is still on hand to troubleshoot and give advice if needed, to ensure the highest quality is maintained across the business.
