She has held key roles at prominent organizations such as Vantiv and First Data, where she managed large teams of sales and business development professionals, led strategic partnerships with major software developers and service providers, and gained expertise in product management and integration, as well as financial institution partnerships. Christina's standout qualities include her extensive industry network and strong reputation, which enable her to effectively connect highly qualified candidates with leading companies. Daryl Williams

Daryl has over 21 years of experience in the FinTech/Payments sector, having worked at notable companies like ClearCommerce/eFunds (now owned by FIS), Paymetric (also owned by FIS), and most recently, spending 14 years at Cybersource/Visa. His career trajectory has involved a variety of roles, including Sales Engineer and Solutions Consultant, as well as technical sales leadership positions. One of his notable achievements was establishing the North American Technical Sales organization at Cybersource/Visa, which encompassed Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Implementation Program Managers, and Competitive Intelligence functions. Daryl has also collaborated closely with various teams within direct merchant sales organizations, account management, customer success departments, business development teams, product units, and sales operations. His extensive experience highlights his substantial contributions to the FinTech/Payments space.

Kathleen Houseman

Prior to forming Dexterous, Randi spent 17 years of her career with First Data (now Fiserv), where she held various roles, including Vice President of the Integrated Solutions Group. In this role, Randi led the team responsible for ISVs and played a pivotal role in shaping First Data's integrated strategy. Her earlier positions at First Data involved managing the enterprise sales team, with a specific focus on generating new-to-company revenue. Additionally, she has an extensive track record of selling within the financial institution domain.
