Having been through multiple property cycles including recessions within London, there isn't much in the residential property sector that he hasn't seen. Current focus is on the acquisition of single let, multi-let residential and commercial property as well as development of small to mid-size land developments, backed by a leading specialist team of architects, planning consultants, structural engineers, charted surveyors and principal contractors. Dr Patel bought his first stock at the age of 14 years old. Watching a stock go up and down without the benefit of any official education, was certainly a rollercoaster, but as the old saying goes ‘ Everyone Wins in a Bull Market'.
