FULCRUM BUILDING DESIGN

Mathias was born in 1964 in Germany. He studied at the Technical University in Dresden and graduated in 1989 with a Diploma in Architecture. He gained professional experience by working for medium-sized architectural practices in Dresden and in 1995 he went on to join Neufert Mittmann Graf Partner, a major German architectural firm. In 1998 Mathias moved to the UK and has since lived and worked in London. In 2006 he and his former colleagues Andrew and Dean set up Fulcrum Building Design ltd. Mathias is a Director of the company and is registered with the ARB, the Architects Registration Board. Mathias has extensive experience in small to large-scale residential developments, listed buildings, projects in conservation areas, as well as in the commercial sector, especially in retail and office developments.
