A senior litigator and investigator, Amy has worked on complex and high-value cases. Her strong negotiation, investigation and litigation skills have been key to achieving successful outcomes, particularly in complex high value financial cases and parenting cases involving risk. Prior to concentrating on family law, Amy successfully investigated and litigated cases for the Australian Government. Her cases involved complex and high value money laundering and fraud, multiple corporate entities and trusts, the tracing of assets and local and international jurisdictions. This experience provided Amy with skills key to successful family law outcomes including, excellent forensic examination skills, negotiation and litigation skills. Amy understands how difficult and daunting a family law matter can be. She guides you through the process with reassurance and expert advice at every step, so you know what to expect and stay informed on how the matter is progressing. Working with you, Amy presents strategies and recommendations to guide your decision making towards a realistic expectation of outcome; and she prioritises fast, satisfactory settlements. Amy is highly regarded within the legal profession and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Science. Amy is admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia and is a member of the NSW Law Society, City of Sydney Law Society, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, NSW Women Lawyers Association and the Hellenic (Greek) Australian Lawyers Association. Amy Anthony is a member of the Association and has made a significant contribution to reform impacting on the family law system.

Lyndal Gowland is the Committee Member: Chair of Education, drives reform impacting on the family law system and represents the Association on the National Council of Women NSW.
