Gareth has been in the engineering field for nearly 20 years, starting as an apprentice with BNFL and continuing his learning through positions with Major Companies such as ICI, DUPONT and RHI Refractories. Specializing in Control System Design as well as PLC and SCADA programming over the years. This has now given LMC another aspect to the services we are able to provide to our clients.

Jonathan joined Les Milnes in 1997 from University, and since taking over the running of the Company in 2002 has gradually increased the customer base and scope of services supplied. Jonathan has gained an exceptional reputation in the field of industrial combustion and control systems, promoting safety and simplicity of design, has been a key area of his work along with custom designed combustion systems for various clients.
