A BSc with QTS graduate from Brighton University, John is a Teacher, Plasterer and has over a decade of experience in investing, renovating and managing property. As Director of Major Group Developments Ltd. John spearheads the research, off-site project management, marketing and operational functions of the business. He takes the lead role in the organisation of each project.
A CII (MP) accredited Mortgage Broker and Financial Advisor, Ricky is the director of an established mortgage and finance advisory business. Before becoming a mortgage broker, Ricky was a carpenter by trade and ran a construction company. As a Director of Major Group Developments Ricky is responsible for arranging finance and mortgages. He enjoys networking and works closely with our solicitors, accountants and estate agents to ensure deals are processed efficiently.
