Jill has over 30 years experience with the Ministry of Defence. Her last 10 years were with the Defence Clothing Team and as the Head of the Team she led the organisation's transition from the MOD to the private sector as part of Team Leidos.
Matthew founded Osborne Consulting in 2015 after 30 years service in the British Army. His last 5 years were spent managing the Defence Clothing Team. At the time, the UK Armed Forces were heavily engaged in operations in Afghanistan and Iraq and there was a constant need to update clothing and equipment to meet evolving threats and new tactics and procedures.
