Joe Parambil

Job Titles:

Joe has been working in the UK since completing his Master's degree in India. He worked in the NHS since 2007 as a Physiotherapist before adding Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK) to his skillset, assessing and treating people with muscle, bone, joint and peripheral nerve-related injury, disease or problems. His onward training means Joe is also qualified in acupuncture, manual therapy and injection therapy. Most recently he qualified as a Non-Medical Prescriber, meaning he can prescribe necessary medicines alongside Suchit. Joe is a keen watcher and player of cricket, though doesn't think he'll be giving up the day job anytime soon to play for his country.

Kartik Tewari

Specialisms: Musculoskeletal problems Joint and soft tissue injections Kartik has almost 20 years' experience working in hospitals in India and the UK, and has held physiotherapist roles within the NHS since 2007, with vast experience of working in the intermediate care and community services teams. As well as his work at Physios R US, Kartik treats patient in doctors' surgeries in East Kent. Kartik's wide knowledge includes musculoskeletal problems, complex neurological conditions, post-operative rehab and long term health conditions. He also recently gained a certificate in Tissue and Joint Injection Therapy. Alongside fixing people, Kartik is a passionate cricketer and he plays both indoor and outdoor cricket in various Kent leagues. He also loves to play squash and badminton.

Lindsay Melrose

Lindsay is the wonderful front of house person at Physios R Us. She has been a member of the team since 2019 and has more than 20 years' experience as an Office Manager and Field Sales in London. She has the vital role of welcoming all our patients to the clinic, making sure all their paperwork is in order and that they know what to expect. She is also our self-appointed chief biscuit eater. A devoted people person, that is what Lindsay loves most about Physios R Us. Not only does she get to see what a difference the clinicians make to people, but she sees every patient's journey from the minute they arrive in pain to their final appointment where they have the mobility and life back. Lindsay is a passionate Arsenal fan - she wanted to be Tony Adams when she was growing up - as well as a keen reader, lover of walks by the sea and a TV show binge watcher.

Pooja Kapadia

Pooja is a qualified physiotherapist holding a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University, UK, and a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT) from Pune, India. With almost two years of experience as a physiotherapist in Mumbai, she has sharpened her skills in evaluating and treating Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions.

Ram Venkatesan

Job Titles:

Ram worked as a Physiotherapist in India for four years before moving to the UK to complete his Master's degree. He then focused on Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for nine years within the NHS and joined the Physios R US team in 2020 as a First Contact Physiotherapist.

Suchit Jain

Specialisms: Musculoskeletal injections Acupuncture Manual therapy Spinal, shoulder and knee disorders Suchit graduated with a Physiotherapy degree in 2000. He started his career in India in various Physiotherapy positions before relocating to the UK to study for an MSc in Pain that he acquired in 2003. He then worked for more than 10 years within private practice and the NHS, in patient-facing Physiotherapy and management roles. Suchit's passion for Physiotherapy has always been about helping people get better, and so he established Physios R Us in 2016 to make that happen through accessible and effective hands-on treatments. Physios R Us started out with just two practitioners. Now they are a highly experienced team of 13, hand-picked to treat patients from head to toe. Suchit‘s philosophy for Physios R Us has always been to offer a friendly and welcoming clinic for both patients and staff, and a place where clients know they are in safe, professional hands. With a diploma in orthopaedic medicine and injection therapy, Suchit can perform various joint and soft tissue injections like shoulder, knee and ankle. He also qualified in Independent and Supplementary Prescribing at Bournemouth University in 2018, meaning he can prescribe and dispense medicines needed for physio treatments, such as steroids. Patients do not need to get a separate referral or prescription, something that can save a great deal of time and consequently pain. A good work-life balance is important to Suchit, so when he's not treating patients or running the clinic, he loves to send time with his family or getting out on his bike - even better if it's both at the same time.

Uditi Jain

Uditi has worked in Clinical Auditing and Finance Management within the NHS since completing a Management Trainee role for HSBC in 2008. Her skills are in strategic planning, communication, data analysis, liaising with stakeholders and overseeing finances. She has amalgamated all these in a new role at Physios R Us from December 2022, helping with the overall running of the practice. This has freed the clinical team to focus on their patients and deliver the best physiotherapy care. When she's not at one of the three Physios R Us clinics, Uditi loves to read, spend time with her husband and daughter, and travel, absorbing the local culture, cuisine and architecture.
