PRESIDIO SCHOOL

Presidio School is operated by a 501(C)(3) Not For Profit Corporation and was chartered by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools in 1996. Presidio School is a tuition-free, independent public school open to any student who resides in Pima County. Like other public schools, Presidio is funded by local, state, and federal tax dollars based on enrollment and is held accountable to state and federal academic standards and financial accounting regulations. Presidio School must comply with all provisions of applicable law to receive funding and must undergo an annual financial audit conducted by an outside auditor.
