QUICKCASE

In September 2018, QuickCase was created as a fork of HMCTS's open source case management and established as a private limited company. We improved and genericised the solution so that it could be used outside of HMCTS while retaining all the qualities that made it a success... QuickCase was built as a scalable, cloud-based solution to support large digital transformation programmes. Leveraging cloud capabilities, it can store large volumes of cases over extended periods of time. The solution is also natively multi-tenant allowing it to be adopted by all departments of an organisation while preserving a strong separation of users and data... QuickCase's story began in late 2016 when a multi-tenant legal case management solution was commissioned by HMCTS to support the needs of its then burgeoning Reform Programme.
