Eric S Roth is the President, CEO, and Managing Director (Owner) of Roth Leadership and S-energy Consultants, and an independent consultant. Eric is also a licensed John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, and can offer you leadership teaching, training, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of Maxwell's proven leadership methods. For nearly 25 years, he has been consulting globally for various undisclosed private and corporate clients, organizations, and teams, and has been based out of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region for more than a decade. Having lived in, worked in, and/or traveled to well over 50 countries on every continent (except Antarctica of course) he understands and respects the local cultures and is a practitioner of the principles of cross-cultural & global leadership, working to create synergy and harmony amongst teams, no matter their origin, nationality, or backgrounds. Roth is known for uncompromising integrity, values, ethics, and authenticity, and is a student of Asian philosophies and Global Strategy. He is a former US Marine and holds an MBA in Leadership and Management, as well as a graduate of the Oxford Executive Leadership Program, and the Harvard Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.
