Sarkis (Sam) Chivitchian specializes in private money (hard money) lending in California. In 2005, Sam Chivitchian started his career in mortgage industry as a loan officer at First Capital Financial and since then he has worked for numerous mortgage companies. After the financial meltdown of 2008, Chivitchian started working with Chapter Group, a business consulting firm. He helped build corporate credit and capital for corporations who were looking to expand their business. In 2010, Chivitchian started working with Lending Bee Inc. as a realtor and loan consultant. He sold residential/commercial properties and provided financial advise to borrowers. In 2012, Chivitchian founded Secured Capital Management, LLC.. Chivitchian holds the position of chairman, president, and CEO in the company. He currently is a Sr. Investment Consultant at LBC Capital which is a private equity fund. Chivitchian is also an investor himself in developing and flipping properties.
