Her first career as a chemical engineer of 10 years served her well when transitioning to the mortgage industry. Her experience in problem solving, number analysis, and organization are critical skills now applied to mortgage lending. Bree prides herself in making the loan process straight forward, borrower friendly, predictable and efficient.

I have been in lending for over 20 years and specifically in the mortgage industry as a mortgage loan originator for over 17 years. With my combined wealth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry I always strive to provide an honest and stress free mortgage experience. My philosophy is, "to treat people the way I would want to be treated". My clients' needs come first: day, nights or weekends; I am available to assist with any financing needs or questions. Richard serves on the board of directors as President of Colorado Home Mortgages Inc. at 621 SouthPark Drive #300 in Littleton Colorado. He is a state licensed mortgage loan originator with the Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies, registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System and an inactive Realtor, ensuring the best education and experience to serve individual clients and credit union executive management teams.
