Daniel is a qualified civil engineer who has over 15 years' experience in the road construction and rehabilitation industry. His experience includes operations and contract management, business development and compliance. As Executive General Manager, Daniel is responsible for managing the strategic direction and growth of the business while maintaining the core values that have assisted SPA to be a market leader for over 35 years. Daniel is an active industry contributor through various senior relationships and is current President of AustStab, the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association.

David is an experienced management representative who has provided substantial energy and direction towards SPA over an extended period of time. Drawing on an operational background, David encourages strong work ethic, has an eye for operational details and fosters relationships within SPA and throughout the industry to ensure a collaborative and informed approach to business direction. David has been a strong contributor to the pavement recycling and insitu stabilisation industry through his service to SPA and also the industry association, AustStab, of which he served six years on the board which included role as president for three years. On completing his role as President David was awarded honorary membership of the association for his contribution to the industry.

Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years' experience in accounting gained locally and internationally. During this time, Mark has held a number of Senior Finance positions across multiple industries and businesses, both large multinationals and small local organisations. Mark has a proven track record in streamlining and automating processes to ensure optimal outcomes for the business. A graduate of University of Tasmania 1988, Nick has a background in Senior Management roles in both State and Local Government having worked also as a contractor and consultant in the Private Sector. Originally encountering stabilisation approximately 20-years ago as an SPA client, Nick is passionate about the cost and environmental benefits of road recycling using stabilisation techniques. With his over 10-years with SPA Nick has works hard with his team to offer the best road rehabilitation solutions appropriate to the customers' needs. An advocate of Continuous Improvement, Nick has championed the creation of our company Project Management Framework (PMF) to facilitate the smooth of road rehabilitation on urban and regional brownfield sites. Nick has attained PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, Latrobe University (Management Perspectives 101) and is currently pursuing his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Scott is the National Technical Manager for Stabilised Pavements of Australia and manages their internal design consultancy, SP Design. He is also the Managing Director for Stabilised Pavements Malaysia. Scott is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer with RPEQ status and holds a Master of Pavement Technology. Scott has been in the stabilisation industry for 20 years and is a past President of Australia's national association, AustStab. He is a current serving technical committee member of the REAAA Australian Chapter and chairman of AustStab's National Technical Working Group.

Tom Wilmot

Tom has over forty years experience in soil stabilisation and road recycling and has been very involved in the development of pavement recycling including innovative binders and specialised equipment. He is recognised locally and abroad as a key driver in promoting research and innovation in this economical form of road construction and road recycling. Tom has a passion for the development of sustainable principles for road construction and the conservation of natural resources. To this end he is active in promoting technology transfer in this field, particularly in the Australian and Asian regions. He has presented widely at International and Australian conferences. Tom is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia an honorary member of AustStab and is a recipient of the John Shaw Award by Roads Australia for meritorious contribution to Roads.

Warren Smith

Warren is a qualified civil engineer and has over 40 years experience in pavement design and construction. For the last 35 years Warren has worked specifically in the stabilisation and rehabilitation industry being involved in both insitu and pugmill work. As such he has been involved in the development of the different methods and procedures of stabilised pavement design and construction in many varied situations throughout Australia and overseas. He has had a significant input in the ongoing introduction of new technologies in both stabilisation equipment and additive fields. Warren is now one of Australia's most experienced engineers in the fields of stabilisation and road rehabilitation and as such is frequently involved in seminars and workshops with State and Local Government Authorities, Consultants and other interested groups throughout Australia and other parts of the World including Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim. Warren has been in the forefront of communicating the environmental benefits of using stabilisation techniques especially for recycling works.
