Surrey Implant services was formed by Martin Wardle and Paul Johnson in 1992. Paul, as part of his consultant training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery had worked with Mr Geoffrey Forman and Prof Roger Watson, an inspirational surgical and restorative implant team at Kings College Hospital, London. These were early days for dental implants in the UK and they were at the forefront of clinical practice. Martin who was a respected local dental practitioner had a special interest in dental implantology. The partnership was formed to cater for an increasing local demand for this form of dental treatment... What sets us apart is that we provide consultant and specialist care in a private hospital setting.
