He also safeguarded financial systems as a Financial Crimes Specialist at Wells Fargo, and his commitment to financial integrity was also evident in his role as a Regulator for the State of Utah, where he diligently ensured compliance and accountability. In the ever-evolving tech sector, Mr. Monsen played a pivotal role as part of the team at Qualtrics, where he contributed to enhancing customer experience through innovative technological solutions. Mr. Monsen's educational journey laid the foundation for his career success. He received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's in Finance from the University of Utah, further deepening his financial acumen. His global perspective was enriched by studying at Ludwig-Maximilian Universität and obtaining a Master's in International Relations from King's College London. Blake Boardman - CEO, Founder

Blake Boardman is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Asilia Partners and has been advising and investing in large cap, middle market, and lower middle market businesses for the last 12 years. Mr. Boardman has invested in more than 30 businesses across a variety of sectors and has deployed $1.3 billion of total debt and equity capital throughout his career. Prior to Asilia Partners, Mr. Boardman was a Vice President at Bestige Holdings, a private investment firm based in Park City, Utah, where he was responsible for all phases of the investment process including sourcing, evaluating, and structuring the firm's equity investments, as well as for various marketing and fundraising activities. He also spent much of his of time working with management teams post-acquisition to create value through add-on acquisitions, operational improvements, strategic and sales initiatives, and financial analyses. Earlier in his career, Mr. Boardman was a Senior Associate at Insight Equity, an industrials-focused private equity firm with $2+ billion AUM based in Southlake, Texas. He was also an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in New York City, New York, where he advised mega-fund private equity firms on mergers & acquisitions as well as provided debt financing for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Mr. Boardman graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University while majoring in Management, with an emphasis in Finance. He also completed a Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he double-majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and three kids.

Brad Boardman - President

Brad Boardman is President of Asilia Investments. His responsibilities relate predominantly to the Real Estate business as he oversees all development, acquisition, construction, and financing activity. Prior to joining Asilia Investments, Mr. Boardman was Director of Development for Gardner Batt where he was responsible for development and acquisition execution for the company. Prior to Gardner Batt, Mr. Boardman was Vice President of Development at Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a local SLC developer, where he led several multifamily development projects throughout the country. Mr. Boardman was also an Investment Associate at Greystar Real Estate Partners in Southern California, the global multifamily leader, where he was responsible for the company's acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions throughout the Mountain West region of the US. His development and acquisition experience includes a broad range of asset types including land, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily. In his 10+ years of real estate experience, Mr. Boardman has acquired and developed over $6.0B of assets throughout the United States. Mr. Boardman loves to spend time with his wife and four children, is an avid golfer, and a Utah Jazz fanatic.

Brian Davis - CFO

Brian Davis is the Chief Financial Officer at Asilia Investments. His main responsibilities include accounting operations and financial reporting. Mr. Davis has broad experience in public accounting (audit) and a deep knowledge of real estate and technology verticals. He has over 20 years of experience. Prior to moving full-time into the real estate sector, Mr. Davis was a financial executive at early-stage technology companies where he oversaw accounting operations and structured companies' capitalization with various types of equity and debt capital. Mr. Davis has hands-on experience in real estate development and property management. Mr. Davis is an avid cyclist and hiker. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys following Utah State University athletics. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Utah State University (Magna Cum Laude) and his MBA from Babson College.

Jonathan Gardner - CEO, Founder

Jonathan Gardner is Founder and CEO of Asilia Investments and has over 20 years of investment and real estate development experience. Mr. Gardner has developed or invested more than $2.5 billion of real estate over the last 7 years, and he and his partners currently manage nearly two million square feet of office, multi-family, retail, and warehouse space. Most recently, Mr. Gardner raised a $100 million senior credit debt fund that loans dollars to low-leveraged companies with secure recurring cash flow. Mr. Gardner currently sits on the board of directors for Sunwest Bank (regional bank serving the Western US) and Cottonwood Residential (a private, non-traded REIT). Prior to starting Asilia Investments, Mr. Gardner was a co-founder in Gardner Batt, a real estate development company. Mr. Gardner spent four years as an investment banker underwriting and analyzing corporate leveraged finance at CIBC World Markets' Private Finance Group. Mr. Gardner graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business with an emphasis in Finance.
