Kawena Warren is a highly accomplished professional based in Santa Barbara, CA with expertise in client relationship management, data analysis, and high-performance athlete development. She has a diverse range of skills and experience in various fields, which have earned her a reputation as a versatile and knowledgeable leader.
With a background as a former collegiate Track and Field athlete and professional experiences abroad, Kawena has developed a unique set of skills, including an intense work ethic, a strong and adaptable mindset, and the ability to communicate across multiple language mediums. As Director of Sales and Research she is an essential member of the team, providing guidance, ensuring quality, and optimizing the consumer's experience and satisfaction metrics.
Terri is multitalented and is a respected professional in her career. Her resourcefulness perfectly positions her for overseeing HMS Aviation's Accounting, Audit and Corporate Finance, as well as Human Resources, Operations and Facilities.
Previously, Terri held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies. She was the CEO and Founder of a customer service marketing company and two consulting companies. She has more than 40 years of experience in finance, management, operations, corporate strategy, sales and acquisitions, leasing and human resources.
Outside of work, Terri loves to travel and enjoys sports.
