Arthur Pike - CEO

" Acts 20:35 My passion has always been to do what I can to help others. It is vital that our clients, receive quality compassionate care while maintaining a sense of independence in their own home. There is a keen awareness that no single care approach may be ideal for every individual. My background includes training in a wide range of modalities including The Dementia Care Coach, Psychology of Aging, and Fall Prevention among others. It is equally important to provide a positive, compassionate, respectful and understanding work environment for the team that goes out every day to help our clients. Our team is cognizant of our mission and is regarded as one the best in the industry. My Educational background include a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Psychological Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I've undergone Management training programs through Lean Six Sigma to include The Ownership Spirit. I joined the River City Home Care team a little over 10 years ago after leaving respected career in the Banking industry. I was employed by Wells Fargo (Formally World Savings) where I served as Vice President of Retention Operations. During my 14-year tenure in banking, I had the opportunity to develop several new departments involved in Customer Relations and Employee retention efforts. Although I gained significant experience and enjoyed my years with the bank, the opportunity I have at River City Home Care to be in a role of OUTREACH and help clients remain living comfortably in their home, continues to be a truly rewarding experience just knowing I'm being of service to people.

Betsy Miller

Betsy has been with River City Home Care since 2011 and started as a Caregiver with clients. Her dedication and professionalism quickly allowed her to move up into several administrative roles within the organization. She would ultimately take the role as Client Care Coordinator and helped with Billing and Payroll. In 2015 Betsy and her husband decided to relocate to his home town of Corpus Christi Texas. She was recently promoted to Vice President of Operations. She is actively involved in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with multiple ministries. Betsy is happily married and the two of them have a beautiful baby boy.

Dora Rodriguez

Dora has over 12 years of experience working in healthcare and has been with River City Home Care since its inception in 2006. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word.

George Torres II - Founder, President

George founded the company on the principles of "lets always do the right thing and how can we help others?" In 2006 George recognized an ever-growing need in the Senior Home Care Industry as he experienced this first hand when his own Grandparents were needing assistance. He truly felt this to be a calling by God to help the elderly and create job opportunities for his community. His multiple years of healthcare, long term care and financial planning experience prepared him to be a valuable resource within the industry. His daily pray is "Thank You Lord for all my blessings, may my blessings be blessings to others." George is truly grateful for the amazing office and field staff which River City Home Care employs and the families in which we service throughout San Antonio and the Surrounding Areas. George is proud to be actively involved with numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations which serve the community. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their two amazing children.

Gina Boone

Gina has been with RCHC since October of 2018 as the Hiring Manager as well as Client Care Coordinator. Gina is a native of San Antonio and holds a degree in Medical Practice Management. She has over 20 years' experience in customer service, management, and has been in the Home Care industry for the past 8 years. Gina stays very busy outside of the office with her three beautiful daughters and all of their activities.

Lisa Autry - CMO

Lisa Autry is a licensed Group 1 insurance agent with more than 26 years experience in the LTC industry. Before joining RCHC, she helped educate and advise seniors on LTC insurance to include suitability, underwriting, benefit eligibility & policy interpretation. She has helped countless clients and family members navigate thru the claim process and is qualified and licensed to answer all of your LTC Insurance questions. Lisa is a proud Swim Mom who enjoys cheering for her 3 children, running and spending time with her husband, Scott.

Susie West

Susie has been with River City Home Care since August 2019 as the Billing Specialist. She has over 30 years' experience in office assistance/support. Her favorite thing to do is spending time with her family.
