Lucy is an exceptional consultant, using her friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable approach to ensure both families and nannies receive only the very best bespoke service. Lucy has a background in caring for children and young people. She also holds a Bsc (Honours) Psychology, and has used her people skills and understanding nature to forge a successful career in recruitment over the past 7 years. Specialising in London recruitment but also dealing with nannies and clients internationally, Lucy has developed a wealth of knowledge that helps her to assist in finding the perfect fit for a family. Lucy believes in truly getting to know her nannies, to make sure they will find a job that they are happy with on a long term basis. This is why she is a great fit for Mayfair Nannies. In her home life, Lucy has three dogs and loves to get out in the fresh air with them. She is relaxed and easy to talk to, but very passionate and dedicated to her job. Tania thrives in headhunting to find the very best private staff for her clients, ensuring a successful placement through providing an exceptional service. Tania began her career working as a Nanny, she gained her CACHE Level 3 Diploma and had a successful 15 year career working for families across the UK and Worldwide; working for a number of high profile families, each having their own unique needs and expectations. This gave her a very unique understanding of the industry. During her time as a nanny, Tania also gained a BA (Honours) Degree in Early Years. She then used her knowledge to transition into a career within the nanny recruitment sector, and she has since had 7 years' to utilise her knowledge and experience in this way. As a Mother, and having employed Nannies herself, Tania fully understands all elements of the recruitment and employment process. This means that her approach to recruitment is completely holistic, and she can draw from both the perspective of the Nanny and the Client. In recruitment, Tania has focused her full attention on delivering what she felt the market was lacking - ensuring the right fit rather than just a fit. Her unrivalled dedication and knowledge means that she is able to deliver a personal and bespoke service, and she made a decision to create Mayfair Nannies.
