John has a strong track record in building and growing businesses and also has experience running and participating on Boards of both public and private companies. John is currently Executive Chairman of Jade Road Investments Ltd. an investing company based in Hong Kong which provides expansion Capital to SMEs across Asia. JADE is listed on the AiM section of the London Stock Exchange. John is also a non-executive Director at Brazilian Nickel Plc that is developing a Nickel resource in North East Brazil. The resource and production output is targeted at the fast growing Car Battery Market. He is also a non-executive Director at Golden Rock Global Plc, a shell company listed on the Standard List section of the London Stock Exchange. GRG is seeking to identify a target investment in the Fintech space. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive of Streets Online Ltd., an online retailer where in 2000 he led the trade sale to Kingfisher PLC. Prior to this John held Director level positions at NCR Corporation and Racal Electronics following an early career in Banking with HSBC and Citibank. John has assisted many companies with their fundraising activities raising amounts ranging from £500k up to £15m from professional investors, funds and trade partners. .
