Elaine is my right hand woman!
Elaine has also experienced life events that provides her with the understanding and empathy required of her role having first hand experience of the ups and downs of life to support top quality financial planning with her wealth of administration experience in this sector.
As our office manager, Elaine is first point of call for customers. She is fully qualified with Financial Planning Certificate and is now upgrading this to diploma level.
Background:
I met Elaine early in her career in 1997. She has followed a similar path to mine with experience of working in a support role in the Investment & Pension Company and support role for Independent Financial advice for over 20 years.
Liz is our accounts manager, and an important part of Epiphany team. Working from home, you rarely see her in the office. Liz has been with us since 2013 looking after the financial side of the business.
Background:
Liz has extensive experience with founding & running an office design business in London for many years means she is well placed to ensure our finances run smoothly.
