Andrew's background is in the IT industry where he led multinational staff across EMEA and APAC providing technical support to the regional sales teams.
His experience covers both start-ups and established corporates with a focus on building business and revenue. One of his main strengths is in developing and motivating high performance teams through formal training, coaching and mentoring.
Chris is a full-stack developer, with a depth and breadth of experience spanning more than 30 years.
He's passionate about perfecting his craft, automating the heck out of everything, and providing outstanding customer service.
Eleanor has a background in Market Research, predominantly in the Financial Services Sector. At ACHiiVE, Eleanor works with clients to support the set-up, delivery and facilitation of projects and events.
Eleanor supports the growth of ACHiiVE by tracking the market, identifying target segments for the business and creating marketing content.
A developer with a passion for immersing himself in products and working closely with domain experts to solve business problems.
A keen student of the application of OOP principles and design patterns.
Jean joined Achiive in 2019 and is responsible for the day to day finance and office management. She also assists with some Business Development.
She has many years experience managing SME's within various industries including construction, property and hospitality.
John joined us in 2018 from the IT industry, where he helped several companies define successful business, market and product development strategies and brought radically new concept products to market.
John has served as a Director on several International Company Boards with a successful record of driving profitable growth in complex and competitive B2B markets.
I have a passion for coaching and helping people become the best they can be. They can often surprise themselves and achieve far more than they thought possible.
Jonathan joined ACHiiVE in 2013 after spending ten years in service industry management, where he specialised in sales growth within targeted markets and developing people by utilising their strengths and addressing skills gaps.
The social aspect of his work is something Jonathan has found extremely rewarding, and has opened doors to travel and to gain unique insights into the modern NHS and its complexities.
