AI FOR GOOD - Key Persons
Prior to joining AI for Good, Alice was Head of Privacy at a synthetic data company called Hazy, where she reviewed data products for privacy compliance and AI ethics requirements. As part of Big Innovation Centre team, she coordinated the cross-party parliamentary group on AI (APPG AI), helping the UK Government to address ethical implications and design new standards for applying machine learning in commercial, political and social areas.
Alice has over 10 years of experience in policy, communications and product management, and a particular focus on fields such as tech for good, data and privacy, machine learning and automation. Having worked in national and international public and private sector organisations, social enterprises and NGOs, Alice has a proven track record in delivering growth and showcasing impact, as well as engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. She is the UK ambassador for Techfugees, the social enterprise coordinating the international tech community response to the needs of refugees.

Fintan Nagle is Scientific Adviser at AI for Good. Fintan is a cognitive scientist and software engineer with interests in ethical AI and machine learning.

Harkiran did an internship at AI for Good from June to September 2021. She managed rAInbow social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin, while also producing content in the form of videos that were published on the AI for Good Youtube channel. For the video creation project, she interviewed individuals from other organisations fighting gender based violence.

Kriti Sharma is an Artificial Intelligence expert and a leading global voice on ethical technology and its impact on society. She holds a Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters in Advanced Computer Science from the University of St Andrews.
Kriti has experience managing global Machine Learning and Digital products in regulated industries. She has been leading chatbot projects for various social causes, from productivity to inequality to domestic abuse, in over 25 countries. Kriti was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Recode 100 List of Key Influencers in Technology in 2017. She was invited as a Civic Leader to the Obama Foundation Summit. She is a Google Anita Borg Scholar and recently gave expert testimony on AI Policy to the UK Parliament in the House of Lords. Prior to founding AI for Good, Kriti was the VP of Artificial Intelligence at FTSE 100 companies including Barclays and Sage.
While much of Silicon Valley worry about doomsday scenarios where AI will take over human civilization, Kriti Sharma has a different kind of concern: What happens if disadvantaged groups don't have a say in the technology we're creating?

Shauna serves as a strategic advisor to AI for Good, working primarily on partnership outreach and strategy, including integration of rAInbow in larger organizations.
Shauna has had a global career spanning tech, law and nonprofits, and is interested in leveraging technology for social impact, particularly for women and other underrepresented groups. She has advised dozens of technology startups, as well as global technology companies, on privacy and legal issues related to their use of innovative technology, including AI. In addition to advising AI for Good, she serves as an advisor to Lens on Life Project, a U.S. 501(c)(3) that provides photography and computer literacy training to at-risk youth in need, with permanent locations in Goma, DR Congo and Zaatari Camp, a refugee camp housing nearly 80,000 Syrian refugees on the Syria-Jordan border.
Shauna is a fellow at The RSA (Royal society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce). She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A in the History of Art, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Outside of work, Shauna is a practicing visual artist, and enjoys traveling and visiting museums. She speaks French and elementary Swahili.
