AMI's team members are more than real estate inspectors - they're master inspectors with years of experience in construction and real estate inspection. Each AMI inspector is licensed, bonded, insured, certified and a member of nationally recognized industry groups.
Experience: Inspecting homes in the Portland area since 1985. Eleven years in residential construction. Former Realtor.
Lisa is our Office Manager. She joined AMI in 2005, bringing more than 14 years of customer service and management experience. You'll hear her voice when you call, and she'll do her best to answer any questions you might have and get you scheduled.
Experience: Inspecting homes in the Portland area since 1986. Fourteen years as a residential carpenter, cabinet maker, and installer of alternative energy systems.
Ted is our Radon Technician.
Experience: Ted has 30 years' experience working in the construction industry including time as a contractor, residential property adjuster, commercial real estate owner and remodeler.
