Dormio Leisure Development has been developing luxury resorts and hotels across Europe for over 20 years. A key feature of these holiday resorts and hotels is that they blend in seamlessly with the surroundings and natural environment of their location. Furthermore, our concepts are always in step with current market demands. Our extensive portfolio consists of 17 resorts and hotels developed by Dormio itself, 5 resorts in which Dormio acted as the advisory developer and 5 resorts that are nearing completion, making Dormio the largest resort developer in the Netherlands. Although in the past we also helped develop other brands such as Landal GreenParks and Center Parcs, in 2010 we started to focus exclusively on developing hotels and resorts for our own brand, because this is our main area of expertise...
