Once you are happy with the scheme we will apply to obtain all relevant permissions on your behalf. We act as your agent throughout the process so you can sit back & let us deal with everything for you. The type of permissions we mostly deal with are;... Once all the approvals are in place we would provide you with numerous hard copies of the drawings & a pdf version if required. A file will be sent out to you with all the relevant certificates, receipts & correspondence. All you need to do is find a builder. If you do not have a builder in place, we are happy to help you find one. We can provide you with a list of excellent builders with whom we have worked with over many years... We draw & submit plans for Local Authority Planning & Building Regulation Approval, whether you know exactly what you want or need help with the design we can help you achieve the extension, new build or conversion you require.
